Faithfull Zirconium Abrasive Flap Disc

This 100mm fine grade flap disc with 80 grit is designed for finishing and surface refinement applications on compact angle grinders. The fine grit specification makes it ideal for smoothing surfaces, blending welds, and achieving a finer finish after initial grinding operations. With a 16mm bore, it's perfectly suited to smaller 100mm grinders where precision and control are essential. Featuring jumbo construction with up to 40% more abrasive material than standard flap discs, this fine grade disc offers exceptional longevity even during extended finishing work. The premium zirconia alumina abrasive maintains consistent performance across diverse materials including wood, metal, plastic and stainless steel, whilst the resin bonding provides structural resilience throughout its working life.
