Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Abrasive Flap Disc

This single faithfull 80 grit aluminium oxide flap disc in 125 x 22mm size is engineered for final grinding operations on mild steel, carbon steel and alloys. The 80 grit rating positions this disc perfectly for finishing work, offering an excellent balance between material removal and surface quality for professional results across larger surface areas. The 125mm diameter is designed for use with standard angle grinders, providing greater coverage than smaller discs to improve productivity and reduce grinding time on larger workpieces. The 72-flap construction delivers effective material removal whilst maintaining consistent surface quality, and the self-sharpening design ensures performance remains optimal throughout the disc's extended lifespan. The lightweight construction reduces operator fatigue during extended finishing sessions, whilst the layered design runs cooler and quieter than conventional grinding discs. The slightly conical shape is ideal for grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, with minimal vibration for enhanced accuracy, operator comfort and superior surface finish.
