Hultafors Folding Wooden Ruler

The hultafors folding wooden ruler is a traditionally crafted measuring tool designed for professional tradespeople requiring precision and durability. Manufactured from downy birch with swedish steel joints, this folding rule combines thin profile sections with exceptional flexibility for easy handling on site. The ruler features metric scales in black on both sides with red decimetre markings for quick reference, making it ideal for carpenters, joiners and general construction work. Type approved to eu class iii standards, it delivers the accuracy required for professional measuring tasks across joinery, carpentry and general building applications. Each folding rule is coated with a water-based protective lacquer that provides increased resistance to dirt and moisture, essential for tools exposed to typical site conditions. The swedish steel joints are heat-treated, coated and oiled at three points to ensure reliable performance and smooth operation throughout the tool's working life. Quality control is integral to production, with each section checked twice using high-speed cameras during manufacture. This attention to detail ensures consistent accuracy and build quality, making this hultafors classic a dependable choice for craftsmen who value traditional construction methods combined with modern manufacturing standards.
