The katana saya is perfect for cooks who value the specific requirements of different knives and take extra care when sharpening. It allows users to switch sharpening disks as needed to reach the ideal sharpness, offering angles tailored for various blades: 25 for hunting knives and cleavers, 20 for european blades, 18 for both european and japanese knives, and 15 exclusively for japanese blades.Rolling knife sharpeners work well for sharpening most knives, but they lack the precision of traditional sharpening methods and are not the best option for specialised or high-quality blades. Rolling knife sharpeners are convenient and can be used by anyone without skill or prior practice.Includes katana saya 15 , 18 , 20 & 25 magnetic angle supportperfect for hunting knives & cleavers at 25 , only european blades at 20 , both european & japanese knives at 18 & only japanese blades at 15 a diamond disk for sharpeninga stainless-steel disk for honing360 & 600 grit diamond discs for coarse & medium grinding1000 & 3000 grit corundum & ceramic discs for fine & super fine grindinginterchangeable diskscompatible with katana saya sharpening and honing disks
