Hybrid Pizza Steel

Using our hybrid tech, we’ve developed a new sort of pizza steel: ours gives you that crispy crust you love like cast iron without the endless warm-up time so many baking steels and stones require. Easy to maneuver, our hybrid steel boasts an aluminum core for fast and even heating. Oven-safe to an incredible 482 c, you can even throw it on the grill. And it’s just over 2 kilograms lighter than that bag of flour you just bought. This is like no other pizza steel you’ve seen. Our revolutionary hybrid technology combines stainless steel with our proprietary terrabond ceramic non-stick coating, delivering the perfect sear and effortless cleanup. Tri-ply construction features an aluminum core for faster even heating. Can accommodate a fresh or frozen pizza up to 35cm wide. Oven-safe up to 480 c, the pizza steel is also dishwasher-safe and metal utensil friendly. One-piece handled design ensures a confident grip in and out of the oven. Lighter weight than most steels at 2 kg. *Free shipping within uk
