There’s a lot to love about this deep sauté pan. Its depth a full 9 cm means it won’t meet a chicken thigh it can’t sear and braise. At 30 cm wide, it’s about the size of a typical skillet, but because of its tri-ply construction stainless steel enveloping aluminum it’s light. Not cartoonishly heavy, like cast-iron. You’re going to want to keep this one-pot meal workhorse on the closest burner for searing, braising, frying and simmering: its high sides will help keep your kitchen spatter-free. We love a sauté pan with a lid, and this one’s glass lid employs durable, high-quality tempered glass that you can peer through to check on your sunday sauce. It’s the one pan you can sear, braise, fry and simmer all in one. Ideal for one-pot meals, with high sides preventing spatter. It features a stay-cool stainless handle and a helper handle for a more secure grip. Tempered glass lid features steam vent and is oven-safe to 200 c. Our revolutionary hybrid technology combines stainless steel with our proprietary terrabond ceramic non-stick coating, delivering the perfect sear and effortless cleanup. Tri-ply construction heats quickly and evenly, providing excellent temperature control. Oven-safe up to 480 c, the pan is also dishwasher-safe and metal utensil friendly. Induction ready. *Free shipping within the uk
