Crafted in the bold etruscan revival style popular during the mid-19th century, the brooch centres on an impressive 18ct yellow gold love knot, an enduring victorian symbol of an unbreakable bond. Two elegant snake-link chain festoons descend from the bottom, ending in articulated fox-tail tassels that sway gracefully with movement.   At its heart is a heavenly sky-blue enamel dome, evoking the forget-me-not, a cherished emblem of remembrance, fidelity and enduring love.
