Swimming Brochure Zone3 Ergo

The zone3 paddles are often described as the most comfortable paddles on the market. In fact, the coaches of two of the uk's largest clubs triathlons use them specifically for their swimmers. They are great for developing upper body strength in swimming and are very useful to combine with shorts floatation devices. After testing many different types of swim paddles, zone3 chose this set because they are not too big or too small. The contoured shape maximizes the effect on freestyle catch positions and minimizes any disruption to swimming technique, reducing the risk of injury. One of the most interesting design features is the option of single finger straps for more advanced swimmers or full straps for extra support A great way to take your swimming strokes to the next level. These paddles are also quick and easy to set up compared toautres paddles. Just slip them into your middle finger and you're ready to go.
