This pre-formed vent fits over external lintels, within cavity tray systems, and at ground floor slab level for walls 100mm or thicker made from brick, block or stone. Engineered to minimise accidental pointing-up, the weep vent provides consistent performance across diverse cavity wall applications. The integral front grille prevents entry of large nest-building insects while maintaining optimal water discharge and ventilation functionality. Manufactured from injection-moulded uv-stabilized polypropylene to bs en iso 9001 and 14001 standards, this component meets nhbc requirements and building regulations. Available in multiple colours to complement external finishes, the weep vent installs directly onto cavity tray base, dpc or lintel front flange.
