Designed for installation at ground floor slab level, over external lintels, and within cavity tray systems, this pre-formed vent fits walls of brick, block or stone with a minimum thickness of 100mm. The integral front grille prevents entry of large nest-building insects while maintaining reliable airflow and drainage. Injection-moulded from uv-stabilised polypropylene, the vent provides long-term durability against weathering and environmental exposure. Manufactured to bs en iso 9001 and bs en iso 14001 standards, the weep vent satisfies all nhbc requirements and complies with relevant building regulations.
