Cotswolds 2016 odyssey barley is sweetly perfumed with caramel, vanilla and butterscotch aromas. Rich and full in the mouth with hints of liquorice, malt and even juniper-berries. Notes of apricots and apple peel with some mineral citrus flavours in the finish. Natural colour. Non-chill filtered.
