This single cask release was brought to life by the pocketful of stones distillery team in partnership with black flag brewery based in perranporth, cornwall. The brewery first created a stunning english pale ale using 100% pale malt and nottingham yeast. This beer was triple distilled for extra smoothness. The resulting spirit was then aged in a bourbon cask in the shadow of st michael's mount. The result is a truly stunning, smooth and flavourful cornish whisky.
