Perfect for casseroles, stews and roasts. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this dutch oven is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260 c. The stratanium non-stick coating is pfoa and pfos-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact scanpan's stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen.The stylish brushed steel exterior contrasts beautifully with the black interior.
