Our traditional handle design references this heritage.Our knives are balanced and weighted for precision, with blended curves and graceful blade arcs. We have spent years perfecting our striking handle shape. The result is that our handles look and feel fabulous in the hand and beg to be picked up and used again and again. Our handle making process offers a huge range of colours across 4 distinctive patterns to please all tastes and match all kitchen styles.
