Is an isotonic drink with mineral salts and sugars, ideal to be administered during physical activity
Contains carbohydrates with a high glycemic index, fructose, sodium, magnesium, phosphates and calcium, which are essential for the performance and hydration of athletes. Way of ussage:
It is administered during training with small sips every 15-20 minutes. Up to 2 hours of training take 1 portion per hour, between the second and third hour of training take 2 portions per hour, after 3 hours of training take 3 portions per hour. To prepare the drink, add 1 grated cup 40 g to every 500 ml of water. Mix well before administration.
Ingredients:
Dextrose, fructose, maltodextrin, magnesium citrate, iodized salt, acidity regulator citric acid , flavoring, potassium citrate, coloring beta carotene . May contain milk, soy, gluten, eggs, fish, nuts, peanuts or sesame. Precautions:
