Apply a sufficient amount equal to 2mg cm2 before sun exposure. Reapply frequently especially after sweating, swimming or toweling. Failure to comply with this amount will significantly reduce the level of protection. Avoid long-term sun exposure, even if sunscreen is used. Ingredients:
