Hydroactive dressing made of wide-mesh polyamide mesh, water-repellent, impregnated with a neutral ointment based on triglycerides, which turns into a water-in-oil type emulsion when the exudate is absorbed.
In addition, the hydrocolloid particles in the ointment absorb and retain moisture from the wound and form, together with the emulsion, a gel with triglycerides, which provides an optimal moist environment and preserves the elasticity of the wound edges. Hydrot is permeable to exudate, very soft and easy to fix, it can be easily cut to fit the size of the wound, it does not stick to the wound. The ointment contains:
Ester-type combination of natural or vegetable fatty acids, linked as di triglycerides, vaseline, emulsifiers. Characteristics: hydroactive dressing impregnated with neutral ointment based on triglycerides
Stimulates the healing process due to the hydroactive effect
Takes care of the edges of the wound, prevents maceration
Atraumatic removal
Remaining on the wound for up to 3 days
