How to use unmixed with essential oils:
Apply a few drops locally and massage until completely absorbed.
It is recommended to apply, depending on the needs, once or twice a day, on freshly cleansed skin. Method of use in combination with essential oils:
Add half a teaspoon of carrier oil approx. 2 Ml .
Next, add 5-10 drops of your chosen essential oil or oils.
In this way, an aromatic mix is created, which can have different physiological actions, according to the instructions on the packaging of the integral essential oils.
It is used for aromatherapy massage. Precautions:
