Gluten-free, lactose-free seed mix, eco, 600g, bauckhof gluten-free and lactose-free seed mix ideal for bread and pastries.
Classic preparation recipe. Ingredients: 600g mixed seeds for bread, 500ml of cold water. Mix the water with the bread mix in a bowl and leave to soak for 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. A dough is formed which is placed on the baking form lined with baking paper and baked in the oven preheated to 200 degrees celsius for 80 minutes. Leave to cool on a grill. Crispy bread recipe: mix well 600 grams of seed premix with 500 ml of cold water and let it swell for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into three equal parts and spread each part between baking sheets. Form a notch on each sheet to the desired dimensions. The sheets are baked in the preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool and break according to the notches formed. Keep the crispy bread tightly wrapped for 3-4 weeks. It is ideal for traveling or for parties. Ingredients:
