The em-1600shw is suitable for a variety of applications such as cold laminating, mounting prints to boards, applying vinyl's, application tapes, adhesives and much more. The em-1600shw has 2 heated rollers which can be independently heated or both heated to use hot melt films. Featuring a solid construction, the heavy duty system can mount and laminate simultaneously with large silicon rollers ensuring even pressure. The em-1600shw also features a take up mandrel for release liner paper and recessed sturdy metal mandrel holders allowing more space to store even larger rolls, which saves downtime when changing. A bigger swing out feed tray assists print feeds and a safety guard makes mounting onto board and loading film, quicker and hassle free. There is an adjustable pressure gauge on the rollers, ensuring perfect pressure every time. A reverse mechanism and foot pedal allow greater operational control and added safety is provided with the 'magic eye' feature.
