With the ap9641 apc network card you connect an apc smart-ups equipped with a smartslot to the network. This way you can monitor and manage the ups remotely snmp ecostruxure it web browser and the ups can send a shutdown signal to multiple physical and or virtual servers using powerchute network shutdown software.
Monitor the environment
The ap9641 includes one temperature sensor ap9335t allowing the ambient temperature of the ups to be monitored remotely. An automatic temperature-initiated shutdown of the ups is also possible.
Measure humidity
The ap9641 also offers space for a second sensor if you choose the ap9335th you can monitor both the humidity and the temperature of the environment in which the ups is located. This means that an automatic shutdown of ups initiated by excessive humidity is also possible.
