Place the heater upside down in the capsule and close it carefully.
2. Place the product in the central part of the microwave and heat for 70 seconds 700-750 w power or 80 seconds 800-1200 w power .
3. Remove the capsule and shake it for 30 seconds.
4. Heat the product for another 30 seconds, then shake it for 10 seconds.
