It takes inspiration from the classic italian spritz, using french gentian root and quassia bark for bitter depth, with italian mandarin, orange and lemon adding sharp, fresh citrus. A chilli seed shell distillate gives it a subtle heat, helping the drink feel more grown up and layered. Serve it chilled straight from the can, or pour over ice with a slice of orange for a proper aperitif style serve. Gluten free.
