The unique climate conditions mean that the plums ripen in august, when they're harvested, pitted, and slow-dried to lock in their intense flavour and rich purple colour. - High in fibre - no added sugar - vegan-friendly reminder: 30 g of dried fruit equates to one of your five-a-day.
