Seaweed bio dulse, 50 g, la finestra sul cielo ale marine dulse, also known as dillisk, are purple-red seaweeds. They grow on the northern coasts of the atlantic oceans, and are well known in irish tradition as a salty snack. Dulse seaweed contains a high level of vitamin b12 and iron. Like other red seaweeds, they contain beta carotenes known for their antioxidant potential. The consumption of 5g day for one person is indicated. Washed well and hydrated for 5 minutes, dulse seaweed can be eaten raw in salads, soups or to season vegetables.
