To cook without soaking: add 1 cup of mix to 3 cups of water. Bring to boil and simmer for 35 minutes or until tender. To cook with soaking: soak 1 cup of mix for 6-8 hours.

Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes, or until tender.
