Application: start by filing your nails to the desired shape and push the cuticles back. File very lightly over the entire surface of the nail so that it becomes rough. Clean natural grease and oil from the nails with a remover pad. Then apply a thin layer of gel polish to the nail, insert the nail into the lamp and turn on the lamp, let the polish harden for 30 seconds.
