Australian bodycare tooth paste coconut & zinc is an anti-bacterial toothpaste which is particularly good for those with periodontitis, bleeding and or tender gums. The toothpaste has a fresh taste of menthol and helps protect tooth enamel from bacteria. Application: brush your teeth morning and evening with the toothpaste. Apply approx. 1 Cm of toothpaste on a damp toothbrush and brush the teeth thoroughly for a minimum of 2 minutes. Spit out cloudy toothpaste and then wait at least 30 minutes before rinsing your mouth, allowing the toothpaste to sit and work.
