Faithfull Zirconium Abrasive Flap Disc

This 100mm coarse grade flap disc with 40 grit is engineered for aggressive material removal and heavy stock reduction on smaller angle grinders. The coarse grit makes it particularly effective for rapid grinding, weld removal, and surface preparation where speed takes priority over finish quality. With a 16mm bore, it fits most compact 100mm angle grinders commonly used for detailed work and tighter spaces. As part of the faithfull jumbo range, this disc contains up to 40% more abrasive than standard alternatives, significantly extending its operational life and reducing downtime for disc changes. The zirconia alumina construction delivers exceptional cutting performance across wood, metal, plastic and stainless steel, whilst the resin bonding ensures the disc maintains its structural integrity under demanding grinding conditions.
