The bearing-mounted blade wheels and belt drive induction motor ensure smooth, consistent operation, whilst the 370w motor provides adequate power for demanding workshop tasks. The two-speed configuration allows operators to switch between 400m min and 730m min cutting speeds, making the bandsaw suitable for both wood and non-ferrous materials. Safety features include micro switches that prevent operation when blade wheel covers are open, and no-volt release switches that prevent uncontrolled blade restart following power interruption.
