On cloudswift 3 is a neutral training shoe from the brand on. Cloudswift 3 has received a number of updates from its predecessor, the midsole is now made with cloudtec technology, utilizing their helion foam. Cloudswift 3 still has speedboard integrated into the midsole, but it is now positioned more in the middle of the midsole, instead of at the top like the previous model. This speedboard helps to create a little more propulsion and energy return during running. The shoe has a 5mm drop. Summary of on cloudswift 3:
