Our ergo handles are expertly moulded to suit both left and right hands perfectly. The handle itself gives you a very comfortable outer edge to push’ into when using them, allowing you to contract the tricep harder than if you were just using a bare cable. A fantastic addition to any home or commercial gym, specifically for single-arm tricep work. Sold in pairs.
