Sandwiched between the two is a windproof and highly breathable technical membrane. The half-length front zip can be undone to increase ventilation when required or zipped up tight for extra protection. The high collar provides a first line of defence against cold, winter winds. Easy-grab zip pullers are incorporated throughout for fumble-free operation with cold or gloved hands.
