Our standard energy gels in apple & blackcurrant, citrus fruit and passion fruit flavours contain 25 g carbs and 3 electrolytes sodium, potassium and calcium our energy gel caffeine espresso flavour provides 24 g carbs and 3 electrolytes in addition to 75 mg caffeine to give you an extra boost.
