The device reduces pressure and friction between adjacent toes. Package contents 1 large size wedge. How to use a medical device wash and dry your feet thoroughly before use. Place the wedge between your big and second toes. To allow your skin to breathe, do not leave the product between your toes overnight. To care for it, wash it by hand with water only or with a mild detergent, leave it to air dry, and sprinkle with talcum powder before use.
