The ideal 5260 is a new, compact programmable guillotine with an ergonomic working height, electro-mechanical blade and clamp drive. It also features an electric back gauge drive with touch pad for easy setting and multilingual operator guidance with a digital display. The measurement readout is displayed in either cm or inches display accurate to 1 10 mm or 1 100 inch . You can add up to 99 programs with 99 steps in each program up to 15 repeat cuts can be integrated into a program as one single program step . The 5260 also has a 10-button key pad for presetting the measurement that includes pre-programmed measurements for a3 to a6 standard paper sizes. A memory key also exists for repeat cuts and a set function key for reference measurement. There is also a programmable eject function for pushing out the paper. The ideal 5260 also features an electronic hand wheel for manual backgauge positioning with infinitely variable speed control from very slow to very fast as well as an optical cutting line with bright and durable leds. Convenient two-hand operation is also possible via patented two-step blade activating bars with separate trigger points for the blade and clamp. A self-diagnostic system with error indication on the display helps with trouble shooting and the clamp is guided on both sides for evenly distributed clamping pressure.
